Our all-natural dog chew made from yak milk are made daily in our 3 factories to ensure freshness.Therefore it can take up to 15 days for your order to be ready for shipment.

2. Courier service (for larger sized orders we may use one of our preferred couriers: DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx).
You can select which shipping method you wish to use but it is recommended to use the cargo Service of major airlines which is more economical).
Orders should be delivered within 15 working days of the date the order was placed (normally your order is received much earlier).
